It was one hell of a week. President Trump stood tall. The Supreme Court agreed, but there was more. Trump is being nominated for additional Nobel Peace Prize awards, but he’s only getting started. So are the Chinese with their false promises.
Be Careful About Trojan Horses
If you doubt me, remember, I have some beachfront property for sale that’s only under water half of the day. Think about it, folks, do you want to depend upon China to see that your needs for rare earth minerals are available? I don’t.
They are willing to make their exported materials available to the world. It makes a lot of sense. I’ve seen reports where China is in control of upwards of 90% of the world’s total supply, but beware. In the same breath, China has absconded with the passports of those Chinese individuals who understand how to separate the minerals. So on one hand, they say buy my merchandise, but on the other hand, they keep most parts of the world from the expertise of how their “slaves” process the material.
So What Happened
The listed rare earth mineral companies took a beating. That’s great news for me as I like to “buy when they sell”. Face it, the herd took these stocks to lofty, unsustainable levels. A correction was overdue, and the reasons to trigger a downside were obvious. Time to look at buying a few of them, eh?
What’s Next
This is the story of my life. It’s Trump’s, too, and he’s no dummy. Earlier this week, he followed up with the anticipated deregulation of land-based mining operations. If you are able to ensure that assets are available underground, the regulations will allow you to “dig” for them one month later.
I could not reveal which listed companies they were earlier in the week, but the news is out. I think there are years of upside here, after their “initial” surge, but that’s your call. Take a look at GEOS, MIND, and TGSGY, and remember, I like French reds best.
I like CSN. I should. I saw them live more than ten times, and I “remember” most of them. It wasn’t just their music. It was their message. Think about it. They truly were a broker of peace. In Wooden Ships, they spelled it out, but they were apprehensive. I do not think they wanted war, but their songs were prevalent. Crosby is gone, and the only reference we have is their past. Take the time to listen and hear their words.
