Nvidia Reports

Along the lines of my work and investment world, Nvidia (“NVDA”) will issue its earnings and future statements after the close of business today. I’m a simplicton when it comes to days like today. I’m a hedger. Long-term, I love the stock. In the short term, who knows, so don’t be a hero.

With that in mind, I’ll sell covered calls above the market and use the proceeds to buy an equivalent amount of puts below the market. Short-term on both. How about you?

I’m not a buyer of Yellen’s mushrooms. Overall, it did make sense to me on either the political or economic side. Same thing for the Beatles. Great psychedelic songs best for the ears to hear, but in reality, I’ll stick to the real world, hedge, and avoid risk. It‘s just the way Iamm and the way I learned. Buy insurance, let others be a hero.
